Data we process

When you visit the site. Our server processes your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser type. We need this to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use your IP address to estimate your country so the site can open in your language. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security.

When you contact us. Forms on this site collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and message. We use them only to answer your request and prepare an offer.

When you subscribe to the newsletter. We store your email address and the time you confirmed your subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, for example to remember your language and your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are set only if you agree. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Analytics

If you agree, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how the site is used. Data may be transferred to the United States. Without your consent these tools are not loaded.

We process data to answer your enquiry and to take steps before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who receives your data

Your data is stored with our hosting provider and is processed by our email provider when we reply to you. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and for up to three years afterwards, unless the law requires longer storage. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
